QUALIFIED CONVEYANCING:
Our in house solicitor Michael Fox qualified and was admitted to The Roll of Solicitors in June 1972.
Shortly afterwards he became a Partner in a West End Firm of Solicitors where he remained for nearly 10 years specialising in Commercial and Residential Property Law.
Michael was subsequently appointed Company Solicitor to one of the UK’s leading franchise companies where he took charge of all property acquisitions, franchise law and agreements including managing franchisee relationships, and all corporate matters.
In 1992 Michael returned to private practice and in 1994 formed the legal firm of Wachtel Fox & Co in Croxley Green Hertfordshire where he remained as Partner until his retirement in April 2009, once again specialising in Commercial and Residential Property law.
Michael holds a current Practising Certificate and is well able and experienced to deal with any Property transactions or problems whether involving Commerical or Residential Properties.
